A Story that has started...

in 1973
The Pavillon de Pampelonne is an oasis of tranquillity situated amongst the hustle and bustle of one of France’s greatest holiday paradises : The beaches of Pampelonne in Saint-Tropez. Now listed as an area of outstanding natural beauty, the bay has 6 kms of gently sloping sandy beach. For the last 30 years this has been one of the ‘in’ places of the French Riviera to go throughout the summer with its 30 private beaches.
Built in 1973, the Pavillon has undergone several transformations over the last decades. The house has been transformed into one of the most prestigious villas that borders the sea in this area of outstanding natural beauty.
Located in the Parc de Pampelonne (a private tree-lined park) and built in traditional Provencal style, the beamed rooms and terraced swimming pool overlook the Mediterrannean sea. The gardens with palm-trees and fruit trees surrounding the house cover about an acre and contain several quiet areas where you can escape for some moments of meditation or reflection. There is also a boules pitch and a giant chess board. The residence is at the top of Boulevard Patch close to the famous Club 55 on the main Route des Plages, 4km from St Tropez and 5kms from the picturesque hilltop villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle.
The swimming pool and terrace are the focus of activities at the house where you can relax and take in the fantastic sunny days of the Cote D’Azur.

A haven of peace in...

The 8 bedrooms/suites– named after the Pampelonne beaches – are situated around the inner courtyard, facing the swimming pool, and facing the garden. With a variety of sizes and styles, many have their own private patio, and all feature either a bath or shower en suite.

Charm and luxury

nearby Saint-Tropez.

The ‘Pavillon’ opened in 2003 and over the years has grown to become one of the best Maisons d’Hôtes in the area.

Our style of service would be that of a ‘family home’, effective but relaxed. While we disapprove of the sloppiness you find in some houses or the stuffiness in most hotels, we tend to balance between warmth and efficiency. Our small team will do their absolute best to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Trusting that you will take your time to discover the pleasures of our charming little Residence, meanwhile we look forward to welcoming you in the Côte d’Azur.
